New in: Denim Jacket

Hello friends!

How’s the start of your week? I didn’t post yesterday so I feel like we have to catch up!
This weekend I finally found a denim jacket. This one is on the longer side (for a denim jacket, which are usually pretty short at high waist level), and is embroided with poppies, one of my favorite flowers!
I am one of those people, when I buy something, I want to wear it right away. I couldn’t wait to style this, so I wore it to the office, of course 🙂 With the pink shirt underneath the outfit is still fit for a casual office day, dont’ you think?

Pop corn Friday

Naughty gift and sail away

Hey you!

My hubby might have been naughty and spoiled me with a new handbag! 😀 I think it is the first designer handbag I’ve had my eyes on, and I found this one on The Luxury Closet. (Of course I found it and he had the great idea of buying it! 🙂 ) It is navy blue which goes with most of my wardrobe, I’m super happy with it!

Happy Monday – business casual

Hey guys, happy Monday!

To be honest, I pulled out this outfit to go out but it would be great to go to work! 😉
I found this tshirt in the sales at Forever 21 – no need to say it was a bargain. I love boyfriend tshirts and I am in looove with deeper forest green so this was right down my street.

This skirt I found at Zara and actually bought it thinking of an outfit like this one. Though I am not necessarily super confident in such figure-hugging pencil skirts I think this one is quite flattering.

The last winter outfits

Guess who’s back? 🙂

A quick glimpse at one of my lasts winter outfits before the weather definitely warms up here. I love booties, they are the only heals that I found genuinely comfy yet look like I’m putting the effort.

You’ve seen that dress before here, the cut and length of it make it quite versatile and I wear it both as a dress and as a top. It is not a very discreet piece so I like to go all black with the accessories.

Bisous, day to night

Hey guys!

How cute is this Bisous t-shirt? Plus the letters are pink velvet, how much better does it get?

Since my work’s dress code is now casual I figured I could make it work. I just put a relaxed Blazer and ballet shoes and voilà ! 🙂

Since I went out that night I thought I would also share how I tweaked the look to go from day to night.

Could I look more French?

To day I decided to get out of bed early and go to the mall before the crowd. I was looking for an outfit that would be both cosy and would make me feel good. How is that different than any other outfit, any other day? – you may ask. Well, it’s not 🙂

I love how crisp white Converse are comfy yet quite smart, I love wearing them with skirts and dresses!

Spice up your Monday

Good morning guys,

Though I have been reluctant to wear this color for years, I am now fully diving into this red trend!

This top is from Zara basic, it is a very fine and light knit which is just what I need for the office. Between the leather skirt and the red top I’m not sure anymore who’s spicing up who – but I love it!
